Hi Community,

 

It's my first order on Better At The Lake. I ordered a backpack and opted in for the tracking via Messenger... but it's been 3 days and didn't get any notification?

 

I don't know how to find my tracking number. Can you help me out?

Hi Jim, 

 

After each purchase, we send an email confirmation that includes:

  • What card you used
  • The purchase price
  • The shipping address
  • The tracking number

 

You can also find this information on the web,

  • Head to my account
  • Find the order in question
  • Select order details
